**Terms and Conditions for THE CASHELLS and MAYHURST ESTATE Retreats**

 

**1. Booking and Payment:**

• Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of the full payment.
• All tickets for the Retreat are sold on a first-come, first-served basis
• Payment is non-refundable, but transferable to another participant in certain circumstances.

 

**2. Non-Refundable Tickets:**

• All ticket sales are final and non-refundable, regardless of the circumstances.
• Tickets transferable to another participant in certain circumstances.. 

  

**3. Retreat Participation:**

• Participants are responsible for their own travel arrangements and expenses.
• THE CASHELLS reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances.

 

**4. Health and Safety:**

• Participants must inform THE CASHELLS of any health concerns or dietary restrictions in advance.
• THE CASHELLS or MAYHURST ESTATE is not liable for any injuries or health issues arising during the retreat.

 

**5. **Recording and Photography:**

• By attending the retreat, you grant permission for the use of your image and voice in photographs, videos, or other media captured during the event for promotional purposes.

 

**6. Code of Conduct:**

• Participants are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow participants, staff, and the retreat property.
• THE CASHELLS or MAYHURST ESTATE reserves the right to remove any participant for disruptive behavior without a refund.

 

**7. Intellectual Property:**

• All materials provided during the retreat are copyrighted and may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.

 

**8. Changes to Itinerary:**

• THE CASHELLS or MAYHURST ESTATE reserves the right to modify the retreat itinerary due to unforeseen circumstances, ensuring a comparable experience.

 

**9. Force Majeure:**

• THE CASHELLS or MAYHURST ESTATE is not liable for failure to perform its obligations due to unforeseen circumstances beyond its control.

**10. Privacy Policy:**

• Personal information collected during ticket purchase will be used solely for event-related purposes and will not be shared with third parties.
